What do you think of the facilities & services organised at the Memon Centre during Ramadan?
 Memoncentre.com interviewed a random panel of users of the Memon Centre on their feedback of the services during Ramadan:
"MashaAllah, Ramzan went very well, Tarawih was done well with the youngsters. We had a lot of gatherings, sitting and having tea and we had good Sehri programmes the whole month, a lot of us gathered here, made a lot of friends, kept in touch. Only little bit of disappointment was that Imtiaz Gaffar didn't stock up on Ginger Beer (!). Apart from that, I think mashaAllah, Sikander, Imtiaz Chambo, Hanif Adam Mussa, Rimal, they tried to look after everybody very nicely, which shows people are really making an effort to bring the Memon Centre up to a higher more-esteemed establishement" - Shabbir Rangers

Visit the Memon Centre Stall at the Leicester Ramadhan Shopping Festival at the Leicester Exhibition Centre!
Alhamdulillah, the committee has now taken a step forward towards marketing the facilities of the Memon Centre to Muslims at large:
To this end, we have secured a small stall at the Ramadhan Shopping Festival being held at the Leicester Exhibition Centre on Belgrave Gate (former FDW premises). See details of the festival in the poster above.
Please visit the festival and the Memon Centre stand if you haven't already done so.

Website updated with more Ramadan themed upgrades!:
We have now updated the Memon Centre website with a couple of Ramadan themed upgrades:
1) The Home page plays FMO Ramadan Radio 2008 87.8 FM automatically (the controls are at the bottom of the page!)
2) Finally, we have added a Video Corner with some Islamic Videos (nasheeds etc) on the site.
Please check these out and play them for your kids and families during the blessed month.

Memon Centre Sehri Saturdays!:
We are pleased to announce that Committee Member Imtiaz Gaffar and Nazir Noria have organised Sehri every Saturday throughout Ramzan for a small fee.
Sehri will be served at 12pm - 1am. Please contact Imtiaz Bha on 07515 666 869 or mtzgaffar@yahoo.co.uk for more details and to book your place so we know how many people are coming and can plan the catering accordingly.
