Hall Hiring Terms and Conditions
The weekend Hire is for Friday, Saturday (vacate by 7.00pm) and Sunday.
Week day Hire is Monday to Thursday.
1. Please note the maximum capacity of the centre is 450+ persons.
2. The weekend hire is for Friday, Saturday (vacate by 7.00pm) and Sunday. Week day Hire is Monday to Thursday.
3. A cash deposit of £250.00 must be paid to confirm the booking (after which It will appear on the Memon Centre online Calendar). This Deposit will be refunded 24 hours after the event. Deposit will not be refunded in the
event of a cancellation. Full payment of all outstanding balances is required 14 Days before the function date.
4. After the event, the Hirer and the Caretaker must check the Centre for any damage and breakages before the deposit can be refunded.
5. Late bookings of less than 1 month notice must be paid in full at time of booking plus the deposit.
6. The Hirer will be Liable for any Breakages or damages to any of the Items belonging to the Memon Centre caused by their Guests and Full amount will be deducted from The Deposit or extra will be charged.
7. A charge of £150 extra will be charged for cleaning the Centre, but the hirer must remove the rubbish bags from the centre and dispose. If the hirer wants The Centre to dispose of the black bags an additional £50.00 will be charged.
8. Memon Centre accepts no liabilities for personal items lost or stolen in the premises or the Car Park.
9. NO ALCOHOL and No Smoking allowed inside the Memon Centre.
10. The Hirer MUST return the Signed booking form with the deposit. If you have booked the Centre and NOT signed the forms and Paid the Deposit within 7 days then the booking will be automatically cancelled.
11. In the event of Saturday Hire, the Centre must be vacated by 7.00pm. Caretaker will make sure that this is implemented. Other days the latest vacation time is 11:55pm, any delays will incur a £100 charge which will be deducted from the damage deposit.
12. The setting of Chairs and Tables is the responsibility of the hirer, the Caretaker will advise and assist.
13. Memon Centre reserves the right to Cancel any booking that doesn’t comply with the terms and conditions.
14. In house sound system can be used but no outside sound-system is allowed.
15. If the hirer does not vacate the premises at the agreed vacation time, a rate of £100 per hour will be added to cover caretaker charges for any extra hours.
Hall Hire Charges
Monday to Thursday Evenings PRICE: £500 + Cleaning
(except for Majlis and Mendhi Function £350 + Cleaning.)
Friday: £1000 + Cleaning
Saturday: £1500 + Cleaning (till 7.00pm)
Sunday: £1500 + Cleaning

Use of the Main Hall, Kitchen, Ladies and Gents Washroom, Stage, Tables and Chairs
FUNERAL HIRING
Free Funeral Hire for Funeral in Leicester (Subject to hall not already booked) .
£100 must be paid to cover Care Taker.
Advertising with us
- No refunds will be given to any customer that whishes to cancel their advert in the middle of the campaign year and therefore their advert will stay till the end of the campaign.
- Any customer is entitle to remove their adverts within the first 7 days of the advert go live, after that period no refunds will be given, although the advert can still be removed if the customer decide to do so.
- Advert sizes are as (500X135) or not larger then 100kb, no changes will be made, and therefore we urge everyone to make sure to meet that specification.
- A link will be granted to link with the advert, but only one website per advert will be allowed.
- The advert can be picture, text our flash.
- All the advert material should be given by the customer that wished to use our advertising product.
- No responsibility will be taken by Memon Centre IT team, in case any advertising material as changed shape or changed color due to the advertising size.
- Advert will only go live after the payment is clear.
- All payment is made electronically via Memon Centre Paypal or Google account, no other method of payment will be accepted.
- Invoice will be generated in the name of the Paypal or Google account holder for the payment.
- Memon Centre IT team is not responsible for any changes that may occur to the advert web link or adverts information unless formally informed by e-mails to the relevant web development team.
